Miele will distribute the product/s via Australia Post to any location within the Commonwealth of Australia as specified in the order confirmation. A delivery charge of $8 will apply to any order under $85. On-line orders over $85 will be despatched free of charge. Please allow 5-7 working days for delivery, add 2 working days for delivery outside metropolitan areas.

Miele will use reasonable commercial endeavours to distribute the product/s within specified time periods. If Miele is unable to deliver the product/s (by reason of inventory shortage, transportation difficulties or otherwise), it will use reasonable commercial endeavours to do so within a reasonable period after the specified time period. 

Miele is not liable for failed deliveries as a result of the supply of incorrect or inaccurate address details.  Should Miele be required for whatever reason to re-distribute a product, a re-redistribution fee will be payable to Miele prior to the re-distribution of the product/s.
